Adanna is a registered psychologist and is a provider of psychological services through Medicare. Adanna holds a Master's in Counselling and a Master's in Professional Psychology and is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI). Adanna has worked with individuals, families, and groups across the lifespan in mental health and community settings for over 10 years in Australia, London, and Dublin.

Adanna's practice is trauma-informed and draws on a relational, compassion-based approach and incorporates evidence-based interventions from Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and creative therapiesinto her work. Adanna is also a provider of Eye Movement Desensitisation andReprocessing (EMDR) and is currently undertaking training in Intensive Short-TermDynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). Adanna has a special interest in supportingmembers of the LGBTIQ+ community, those who hear voices, neuroatypical individuals, and those who are seeking support for the impacts of trauma.

Adanna believes in meeting each individual where they are at, supporting the fostering of curiosity and compassion towards all aspects of the self, and building empowerment for individuals of all ages to identify and draw upon their own strengths and resilience. Adanna is an avid traveler who loves to spend time with her dog Jasper and three rabbits. Although Jasper is not trained as an Animal Assisted Therapy animal, he is often present in sessions, typically sleeping in the corner!
