Bonnie Dell
Clinical Psychologist
Bonnie is a Clinical Psychologist who offers warm, grounded, and relational therapy for adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, mood difficulties, identity exploration, and life transitions.
Bonnie is especially passionate about supporting individuals from the LGBTQIA+
community and creating a space that is safe, affirming, and inclusive. She also enjoys working with neurodivergent clients, bringing both professional knowledge and lived understanding to support self-awareness and practical strategies that honour each person’s strengths.
Bonnie has a particular interest in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming care. She works
collaboratively with clients to explore how past experiences, attachment patterns, and nervous
system responses shape current challenges. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored
to each individual, drawing from evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and
attachment-focused approaches to support meaningful and lasting change.
Valuing authenticity, curiosity, and compassion in the therapy room, Bonnie aims to create a
space where clients feel deeply heard, supported, and empowered to reconnect with their sense
of agency and direction.
