Kaishia can deliver cognitive and learning assessments and has experience supporting individuals with disability and various mental health needs including Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder and Depression. She has extensive experience with clients with Autism, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Intellectual Disabilities. She has additionally supported individuals navigating trauma, grief and relationship challenges.

Kaishia uses evidence‑based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and mindfulness within a trauma‑informed framework.

With experience as both a Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner, Kaishia takes a practical, holistic approach. She can work closely with participants, families, and support teams to ensure support is consistent, goals are clear, and progress is meaningful, especially for those with more complex needs.
