Sunny is a provisionally registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA. She has completed a Master of Professional Psychology at Monash University and is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Sunny works with individuals of all ages, and is particularly interested in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal/relationship issues.
Sunny’s approach is warm and person-centred, and she enjoys working collaboratively with clients to assist and support them in achieving their personal goals. She draws upon a number of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Narrative Therapy. Sunny is able to conduct cognitive, behavioural, and psychological assessments.
In her spare time, Sunny enjoys reading, prop-making and playing with her two cats, Voltaire and Faye. She looks forward to incorporating animal-assisted therapy in her future practice.
