Meet the Mullum Road Therapy Animals

Animal‑assisted therapy at Mullum Road is a gentle, evidence‑informed approach that brings the calming presence of animals into the therapeutic space. It supports regulation, connection, and emotional safety by inviting clients to engage with animals in ways that feel natural, grounding, and empowering.

Research shows that time with therapy animals can reduce stress, support nervous‑system regulation, build confidence, and make it easier for clients, especially children and neurodivergent individuals, to engage in therapy at their own pace.

Many people find it easier to open up, try new skills, or simply settle into the room when an animal is nearby.

My birthday is on 25th October.
